Ahava Works Ltd is an independent management consulting firm, incorporated in Nigeria as a private company limited by shares and working with clients wherever they operate. We were established to provide professional management consulting services to businesses — strategic planning, human resources management, marketing and the related work that organisations need in order to move.

We work as advisors, consultants and experts, offering guidance and practical assistance to organisations pursuing their objectives. Alongside client work we maintain a research and development division that develops new management concepts, tools and methodologies, and a training practice that runs workshops, seminars and events for management professionals.

Our practice is built on experience across African markets and the United States, which is why cross-border clients come to us: international standards of method, applied with a genuine reading of local context.

The firm is deliberately small in overhead and deliberately deep in involvement. We draw on a network of associates and subject experts assembled for each engagement, take on work we can staff properly, and stay long enough for the change to hold.
